Return, Refund and Exchange Policy

Refund

All sales are final. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange due to the nature of our products. However, only under certain circumstances do we offer exchange or refund.

Damaged Goods

In the event you receive a damaged product please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. Send us a photo of the damaged product clearly showing the damage. Once we receive the damaged product we will organise a return, and exchange or refund as soon as the ticket clears our customer service department.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Contact us to get the return address by emailing us at: admin@mybeautylenses.com with the subject line:  "DAMAGED" and your order number.

Refused/Unclaimed Packages

For packages that are not received or collected within 7 days, we cannot issue a refund unless the package returns back to My Beauty Lenses. Once the package is returned, a handling fee of US$20 will be deducted from the total refund amount to cover our cost of shipping, return and administrative fees.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at admin@mybeautylenses.com with your order number.

Shipping

Our products are shipped within 48 Hours to over 60 countries. To return your product, you email us to get our return address. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Customs Duties & Taxes

To avoid unexpected customs fees or duties, check with the customs department in your country about its importation policies. You are responsible for any customs fee or duties applicable in your country.
